Mateu is an LA-based storyboard artist and filmmaker from Barcelona, Spain. He began his artistic career behind the lens, which would eventually lead him to his true passion of animated storytelling. In his films, Mateu strives to tell stories that evoke positive change in viewers, by discussing topics like morality, speculative fabulation, and climate change. When he is not drawing in his sketchbook, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and discovering new music. He is currently in the process of starting his own animation production studio called Studio Bolet, while at the same time completing his animation degree in LA.
